A few of the great nutritional benefits from this super bumper berry smoothie

Vitamin C, K, E

Manganese

½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
¼ cup of blackberries
¼ cup of raspberries
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 heaped tbsp grounded almonds
1 cup of coconut milk

Directions
Whizz the berries, pealed kiwi, banana and coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
